Guaranteed Durability for Every Piece

Worried about the durability of your table, especially with little ones around? We get it, and we've got you covered! Our furniture isn't just beautiful; it's built to last. With two or even three finishing coats on each piece, we use a super durable commercial-grade satin/matte finish often used on floors. It's water and spill-resistant, but like all fine furniture, you'll want to take care of it. For an extra touch, treat it with our Lareaux's Furniture Wax a couple of times a year. Order Modification & Cancellation Policy: Standard and Custom Orders

Wondering if you can change or modify your order after it has been placed? Here's what you need to consider:

• Standard Orders: For non-custom orders, changes can often be accommodated if the item has not yet entered the production phase or been shipped. This includes changes in size, color, or style.
• Custom Orders: Custom orders have more specific conditions. Changes to custom orders are only possible if they have not yet entered production and if custom materials for your order have not been purchased. Once production has begun or custom materials have been acquired, modifying your custom order becomes significantly more challenging, if not impossible.
• Timely Communication: If you need to make a change to your order, it's crucial to contact us as soon as possible. The sooner we know about your desired changes, the more likely it is that we can accommodate them, within the constraints mentioned above.
• Limited Window for Changes: Remember, there is a limited time frame to make any adjustments. Whether it's a standard or custom order, the flexibility to make changes decreases as the order progresses through our production and preparation process.

We encourage you to review your order details carefully before submission. However, we understand that situations can change. Should you need to modify your order, please reach out to us promptly. Our team is dedicated to assisting you, while respecting the limitations of our production and customization processes.

Shipping Time Frames for Our Products.

• Moderncre8ve Items: Shipping times vary based on the product and destination which can be between 2 days to 14 days. After order confirmation, we'll provide you with a detailed shipping and delivery questionnaire to determine the best method and timeline for your order before your item ships since these tend to be larger items. Expect communication regarding the carrier details and estimated delivery dates once your order is booked for shipping.
• Piper + Fox Collection: This collection ships quickly, typically within 3-7 business days. We use various carriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the best option for your location.

Please note, while we strive to meet these time frames, actual shipping times may vary due to factors such as production schedules, carrier performance, and specific delivery requirements. We Have Recently Made Some VERY Positive Changes to Our Shipping Processes

What this means for our customers is that you can expect over 95% of our deliveries to be made in-home, with assembly included. Until recently, we relied mainly on Freight Shipping with included Threshold Delivery, and the need to charge an additional fee for White Glove level of service, so this is HUGE! For all orders placed after July 1, 2023, we will be booking all orders possible with well-vetted and extremely experienced Independent Carriers to transport your furniture to your home, and assemble it in your room of choice. There will still be instances where Freight Shipping is the best and / or only option, and in those instances, we will be in touch to convey this.

Average Delivery Times

Once your order ships, average delivery is 7-12 business days depending on your delivery location relative to us in Cleveland, Ohio. Hawaii and Alaska orders travel by sea freight, with an average of 12-18 business days after the fabrication of your order is complete. Canadian customers can expect an average of 9-12 business days.
