The custom order process.

Roughly 50% of our orders have some customization to them; one of the advantages of working directly with craftsman. These customizations can of be small; such as modifications to our existing designs, or larger in scope where a entirely new design is created together.

Our two rules on custom projects are:

Don't make anything that isn't beautiful and functional.
We don't copy other companies/designers designs.

This process works as follows:

Contact us about your project and or customization. Alternatively you can call us or send us an online chat (chat bubble on lower right of the screen).
We will provide an all in quote and lead time with shipping included in your pricing.
A listing is created with all the specifics we've discussed for your review and approval.
Once the order/listing is paid, your piece goes into our production queue per the specified lead time we quoted. We touch base upon completion to verify shipping details and provide you an estimated transit time and or tracking number.
